The CR24 – 24” Cleanroom HMI is a large-format industrial touch panel designed specifically for pharmaceutical production, laboratories and controlled cleanroom environments up to GMP Class A/B. Its hygienic stainless steel enclosure and IP69 protection rating allow it to withstand intensive washdowns and cleaning procedures commonly required in regulated industries.
The unit features a 23.8” Full HD P-CAP multi-touch display, providing excellent visualisation for monitoring production processes, system control and data entry. The touchscreen can be used with gloves, making it suitable for sterile and hygienic workspaces.
Integrated WLAN, Bluetooth and RFID/NFC technology enable easy connectivity and secure identification within existing IT systems. The smooth, crevice-free housing design eliminates gaps where contamination could occur and allows efficient wipe cleaning.
This makes the CR24 ideal for process visualisation, production monitoring and digital data entry in pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.
