COSA CIP 95 is a liquid alkaline detergent designed for clean-in-place systems used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetic manufacturing. Its surfactant-free formulation is highly effective against tablet-coating residues and can be paired with selected COSA boosters for fatty and gel-containing residues.

Applications
- General CIP cleaning: typically 1-3% solution at 5-95 C, with 60-80 C identified as the preferred operating range in the distributor product information.
- Contact time depends on the type and degree of soiling and should be established through cleaning trials.
- After cleaning, rinse with water of at least drinking-water quality until soil and detergent residues are removed.
- Compatibility and final process parameters must be confirmed against current Ecolab technical and safety documentation.
