Application area
For use on all floors, walls, large and small surfaces in non-sterile controlled manufacturing areas, graded cleanrooms and first phase transfer disinfection.
Instructions for use
Mopping: Use the product according to standard operating procedures in a triple bucket system, or other suitable application system for controlled areas. Mop the surface to ensure adequate wetting of the surface. When required, rinse and dry the surface following application.
Metered Dose Concentrate: Dilute before use into a clean plastic container. To achieve the ready-to-use solution, prepare a 1.5% dilution by mixing 75 mL of the concentrate product with water to make 5 litres of diluted cleaning agent. Mix well before use. For optimum results ensure complete wetting of the surfaces.
Ingredients
100 mL of liquid contains:
RTU solution of 1.0 mL fatty alcohol ethyloxylate in Purified Water (PW).

Unique formulation
Klercide Neutral Detergent Metered Dose Concentrate is a non-ionic surfactant with a pH in the range 7.5 – 9.5. It is a mix of Purified Water (PW) and a fatty alcohol ethyloxylate that is filled in a controlled environment.
Direct
The product is a low-foaming, non-corrosive formulation, so it is highly effective when used directly on most non-porous surfaces.
Use flexibility
Klercide Neutral Detergent Metered Dose Concentrate can be used for wiping, mopping and can also be considered for use in suitable floor scrubbing machines once diluted to its ready-to-use format. In case of use in scrubbing machines, a defoamer in the return water tank may be required.
