The Lighthouse ActiveCountR is a fixed remote microbial air sampler developed for continuous environmental monitoring in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, cleanrooms and other regulated environments. Operating at 1 CFM (28.3 LPM), it provides accurate viable air sampling while supporting compliance with ISO EN17141 and EU GMP Annex 1.
Designed for permanent installation, the ActiveCountR integrates directly into facility monitoring systems, allowing continuous sampling without disrupting critical processes.
Flexible Installation and Remote Operation
The ActiveCountR can be configured with either side-mount or bottom-mount stainless steel impactors, allowing sampling exactly where it is required. Operators can start or stop sampling locally via the push-button interface or remotely using software integration for maximum operational flexibility.
Its compact footprint makes installation straightforward in cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets, laminar flow benches and other controlled environments.
