COSA CIP 90 combines low alkalinity with a powerful blend of surfactants and sequestrants. It is designed for broad removal of organic production soils and can be used in circulating CIP systems or for manual cleaning.

Applications
- General CIP for homogenisers, pipelines and tanks: typically 1-3% at 45-95 C.
- Manual cleaning: typically 1-3% at 15-50 C.
- For spray applications, heat the solution above 50 C before activating spray devices to reduce foam formation.
- Final rinsing is most effective below 40 C using water of minimum drinking-water quality.
